Our Nourishing Support programme offers you a full year of guidance and support. Change takes time, and this is a marathon, not a sprint. We will be with you the whole way.

Your consultant will have 10, hour-long consultations with you throughout the year. Nothing is off-limits! We will help you build a curriculum for your child; give you fun and playful ways to help your child meet their goals; toileting, sleeping, expanding rigid diets - we can help you with all of it. And your consultant will be there for you to help you through the emotional difficulties that are a natural part of being a parent.

We offer a range of options to personalise your programme for when you feel like you might want just a little more support. These options include email support, WhatsApp support, monthly game ideas or home visits. These options are charged at an additional rate and can be discussed with us at the time of booking.
