Join us for our very special group programme, designed for experienced autism caregivers. Empowered Parents know that taking care of their own emotional wellbeing is KEY to successfully supporting their children. In this programme, we will walk with you through your fears, worries, judgements, helping you become the caregiver you want to be.

Our Empowered Parenting Circle offers a full year of loving, supportive and gently challenging guidance.

This programme takes the format of 24 group sessions, facilitated by Jack, our director and founder. Lasting 90 minutes, each session gives you the opportunity to dive deep into the emotional challenges and roadblocks of being an autism parent. We will help you find ease and comfort in a way you’ve never felt before.

Our private Empowered Parenting Circle Facebook group allows the conversation to continue the conversation between sessions, sharing the highs and lows of parenting and supporting one another. Ask any question about supporting yourself or your child and Jack will answer!

We offer a range of add on options for when you’re looking for a little more support, including WhatsApp support and home visits. These are charged at an additional rate and can be discussed with us at the time of booking.
